2. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Booking

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

Cancellation

We ask that clients cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged the full service amount or may be required to prepay for future bookings.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices listed online, in-store, or in promotions are subject to change at any time.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds
